Position —
Office Manager

The position of Office Manager is currently available at Forest Hills Cemetery. Exceptional organizational abilities and strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are crucial. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs and be able to prioritize tasks. This person is responsible for overseeing and maintaining office workflows, administrating interments and processing accounts payable. Great Plains experience a plus. Candidate must have the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors and families in person, over the phone and by email and possess 3-4 years of experience performing relevant administrative tasks. This is a 40 hours per week position from 8:30am to 4:30pm; additional overtime will be required on alternate Saturdays from 8:30am to 1:00pm. Medical, vision and dental benefits are offered.

Summer Seasonal Laborers & Gardeners

We have immediate openings for Summer Workers!

Previous gardening experience is preferable, but not required; we are able to train the right candidates to work on our grounds.  Mowing, trimming, and planting are a few of the tasks and skills that we require throughout our historic landscape.
